Harassment
Do not threaten, exploit, discriminate against, or harass other people.
Malware
Do not distribute malware, ransomware, destructive code, or harmful payloads.
Illegal Activity
Do not use Closivo to plan, conceal, or promote unlawful activity.
Unauthorized Access
Do not probe, bypass, or interfere with systems, security controls, accounts, or data without authorisation.
Misuse of Customer Data
Do not collect, sell, expose, or process lead and customer data without a lawful basis and appropriate authority.
Abusive Automation
Do not use automation to overwhelm recipients, evade limits, or undermine consent.
Platform Abuse
Do not overload infrastructure, exploit defects, evade enforcement, or use the service in ways that harm others.
